Surrey NanoSystems combines IP from The University of Surrey's Advanced Technology Institute (ATI), and know-how and people from the thin film tool developer CEVP – with financial support from IP Group plc.
The venture creates a dedicated enterprise to commercialise NanoGrowth™ – a revolutionary tool that allows carbon nanotubes to be grown with great precision and repeatability at the reduced temperatures required for CMOS fabrication processes.
