Crysalin was founded to research, develop and license crysalin lattice technology – a new area of protein-based nanotechnology. The technology is founded upon patented research conducted since 2002 in the Oxford University Laboratory of Molecular Biophysics. Crysalin lattice design principles allow for tailored crystal formation in 1-, 2- and 3- dimensions with repeating units on scales of approximately 1-100nm.
