Actual Experience was co-founded by Professor Jonathan Pitts and Dave Page. Together, for the last 10 years, Jonathan and Dave have developed the idea that IT infrastructure (compute, storage and network) will perform at its best, whilst minimising costs only if IT infrastructure can be managed from a human perception standpoint.
Actual Experience Analytics are used by businesses to quantify and improve the actual experience of key applications for their customers and users.
