Avacta Group plc - Appointment of broker and appointment of nominated adviser

Avacta Group plc ("Avacta" or the "Company"), which provides innovative, high value proprietary technologies and services to the pharmaceutical and diagnostics markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of XCAP Securities Limited as broker and the appointment of Grant Thornton Corporate Finance as Nominated Adviser (NOMAD) with immediate effect.
